RMT REFEREE PATHWAY

From Community Official to Elite Level

The RMT Referee Pathway provides a structured development model for young referees and adults who want to grow within the game while serving the community.

Who Can Apply?

Young players (minimum age per U.S. Soccer guidelines)

High school & college students

Parents & adults in the community

Former players wanting to stay involved

Licensing starts age 13 and up to 50 years old

When

All year around

All participants will become U.S. Soccer Certified Referees.

RMT will cover the cost of your U.S. Soccer Referee Course

You may complete certification:

In-person (live course)
Virtual format (online course)

Our Goal

To create a strong referee pool that:

Upholds professionalism
Understands the Laws of the Game
Promotes a positive playing environment
Supports youth development

We are committed to mentoring and supporting new referees as they grow within the referee pathway to participate in RMT programs/events or/and any RTM partner clubs/academies
