Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Private or small group

In case of inclement weather or for rescheduling within 24 hours we will provide credit for a future session.

YMCA refund policy

Friday -Home School - Athletes

Missed sessions can be rescheduled within the same month—no refunds, but RMT credit will be provided.

4v4 RMT Tournament

All teams are guaranteed 3 games. In case of inclement weather we will postpone the games to a different time or the next day. No refund is possible, but RMT credit will be provided for future training sessions or events.

Friday's Student-Athletes

Missed sessions can be rescheduled within the same month—no refunds, but RMT credit will be provided.

RMT Futsal League Standings

We will refund 100% of the fees minus any administrative fees in the event of full cancellation due to inclement weather or if you withdraw the team from the tournament at least 30 days prior to the beginning of the tournament There will be no refund if your team is withdrawn less than 30 days from the beginning of the tournament. We will consider giving RMT credit for a future event for any cancellation that doesn't meet the criterias above.
